We will be happy to assist with any repairs, upgrades or unlock requirements that you might have. The procedure is very simple and it can all be done via post. Please e-mail us at sales@fonezone52.com with your query and we will get back to you with the price and time required. If you find this satisfactory than you can make the payment at the link provided with the correct reference number (which will also be provided in the e-mail) and send us the phone by recorded or special delivery. Please note that we would return the phone back to you via special delivery only and will charge you the payment upfront. Please make sure that you make a backup of your data before handing the phone. In case of repairs where a backup is not possible, please inquire beforehand if the data can be saved or retrieved. In case a phone is not repairable, we would only charge you the postage cost.
